Heritage: Jasper has a rich German heritage contributing to the stability, permanence, hard work ethics, good management and excellent craftsmanship of this community. Population: 13,200. All rules must be read prior to applying for a character. If you fail to follow these rules, administrators are subjected to rightful reprimands. Please comply by all of Proboards TOS.

The Admins aren't mean, we swear!

1. Names cannot contain a screen name (hotdawg1234). The name must haveat least a first and last name (Mary Jane) or a first, middle, and last (Mary Lee Jane). Under no circumstances can the names be profane or are in blatant harassment of other members, cultures, religions, etc.

2. This is an intermediate to advanced role play. Intermediate is defined as a role player who posts 2-6 paragraphs with at least four sentences per paragraph. An advanced role player is defined as a role player who posts 6-20 paragraphs with 10-20 sentences per paragraph. Under no circumstances, can a member post a one-liner. If there is a one paragraph post, it must have at least 5-7 sentences to be defined as a paragraph. Failure to do so will result in a PM from a Moderator, asking to edit your post.

3. A Rainy Monday welcomes those new to role playing and those old. However, this is not a place for a person whom has just begun role playing for the first time ever.

4. The site is rated R for violence, sexual themes and tendencies, vulgarity, and more. We ask that if this bothers you, to not join.

5. Please keep all political and religion (etc) opinions to yourself unless properly conducted in a polite discussion. Discussing celebrities do not include political or religion debates, no matter how obsessed you are. One may disagree with the discussion, but please remain respectful of other's feelings. There will be absolutely no harassment toward other members for their opinions, race, gender, culture, religion, etc. By doing so, you will be banned from the site forever. There is only an exception if it is in role play, and toward the character, and not the registrant.

6. Do not flame or spam boards, as well as other members.

7. We ask that you have either an avatar or signature of the play by your character is portrayed as. Celebrities are allowed. People on Myspace are only allowed if their profile is public and they have over five hundred friends. Ie; Jefree Star, Hannah Beth, Audrey Kitching, etc.

8. Pregnancies, suicides, etc., are permitted, but please keep them at a minimum. There can not be more than two females pregnant at one given time, and only one suicide per role-play based year. This type of drama is limited only to actual registrants. Mentioned background characters ( unregistered mother, sister, father, etc) who have befallen angst may occur more than once to insure a certain growth of personality, etc. Please contact an admin to tell them you are doing one of these. You don't need permission, just give us a heads up.

9. Please do not have any Mary Sues or Gary Stu's. We encourage you to make your character as human as possible, with flaws and talents, etc. This also includes that you do not God Mod or Power Play. If you're against this, please put 'Your fascination with naked walls of silk and skin with no conditions.I needed you to notice that's all I wanted' in your template. (God Modding is controlling another person's character, and Power Playing is making your character win at everything without giving the other person a say.)

10. It's difficult to keep track of who is who when there are characters with the same names, so please try to be original in names. The admins suggest here for all kinds of names. Also, please try to stay away from the same surnames, too, unless related!

11. We require Third person limited point of view, and relatively correct spelling and mechanics. We understand that there are typos and such, which is fine. If you see it, please edit your post. However, we will not go around proof-reading posts, so it's up to you to do that.
